The Motorcycle Parade for Charity begins on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at 10:00 AM. For a $10 contribution, motorcycles of all styles and makes will parade from Peoria?s Motorcycle Race Park to the Grand Nationals rally at downtown Peoria?s Riverfront Park. FREE admission to the Rally is included in your contribution to the Motorcycle Parade.

The Motorcycle Parade for Charity raises funds to support The Downed Riders Association. This association provides funding to cover medical expenses for professional motorcycle racers that have been injured during stunts and performances. The Downed Riders Association aides riders that would not ordinarily have proper health insurance due to their oft-considered dangerous lifestyles. The Downed Riders Association allows for motorcycle professionals to continue to participate in this fantastic sport.

YOUR $10 PARADE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

$5.00 donation to the Downed Riders Association Admission to the Downtown Rally with live music, great food and tons of amazing vendors.

PARADE BEGINS AT PMC RACE PARK AT 10:00 AM

Parade around the Race track and proceed down Cameron Lane to Rt. 116. Take Rt. 116, Farmington Road, into Peoria past Bradley Park and up to Main Street. Take Main Street Past Bradley University and down the Main Street hill to Peoria's Riverfront Festival Park. Traffic control is provided by the Peoria County and City Police Department. Parade arrangements and parking is provided by PEO-TAZ A.B.A.T.E.
